At Cattle Baron Cigars, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. All shipments are processed and shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), our trusted primary carrier.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within [1–2 business days] after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Methods: We ship primarily using 2nd day air shipping, on some occasions we may have to use alternate shipping methods.
• Delivery Times: Delivery times vary by destination and selected service level. Estimated delivery dates are provided by UPS and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other carrier delays beyond our control.
• Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
• Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to All States that allow cigar sales online. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of the scheduled delivery date. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue promptly.
